General Principles
At Dinesh Mungath, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital education and coaching services.
Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are generally considered final once the
content is accessed. However, we assess each refund request fairly on a case-by-case basis.
All refund requests must be submitted within the time window specified for each product category below.
Requests made after the window will not be eligible for a refund.

Online Courses
Our online courses are pre-recorded digital products delivered via our learning platform.
- Refund Window: Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
- If more than 20% of the course has been viewed or any course materials downloaded, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will not be issued for courses purchased under special promotional pricing or discount codes.
- If a course is technically inaccessible due to a platform error, we will either resolve the issue or offer a full refund.

Webinars
Webinars are live or recorded online events with limited seats.
- Live Webinars: Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
- No refund after attending or joining the webinar.
- If we cancel or reschedule a webinar, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled session.
- Recorded Webinar Replays: No refunds once accessed.

Books & Digital Products
This covers eBooks, PDF guides, workbooks, and other downloadable products.
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
- If you encounter a technical issue preventing download or access, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
- For physical books (if applicable): Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for items received in damaged or defective condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the damage is our fault.

Memberships
Membership subscriptions grant access to a bundle of content and benefits for a fixed period.
- Refund Window: A refund may be requested within 3 days of the initial purchase if no membership content has been accessed.
- No refunds for membership renewals.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- You may cancel your membership renewal at any time; however, no pro-rated refund will be issued for unused days in the current billing period.

Consultations & Coaching Sessions
One-to-one consultation and coaching sessions are personalised services.
- Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or for no-shows.
- Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 12 hours' advance notice.
- If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at info@dineshmungath.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]".
- Include your registered email address, order ID, product name, and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Stripe and Razorpay transaction fees may not be refundable. We will communicate this clearly when processing your request.

Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Products purchased using promotional discounts or coupon codes.
- Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded.
- Membership renewals.
- Webinars or events that have already taken place.
- Consultation sessions that were attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
- Requests made after the applicable refund window has expired.

Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of your account
and restriction of access to purchased products while the dispute is under review.
We will cooperate fully with any payment provider investigation.
