or our Android mobile application (together, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and
be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Continued use of
the Platform after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

User Accounts & Responsibility
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Payments & Pricing
All prices on the Platform are displayed in the applicable currency for your region.
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe (for international users) and Razorpay (for India).
- We do not store your full card details. All payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors.
- Your purchase is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an email confirmation.
- In case of payment failure, no charges will be applied to your account.
- Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Course & Content Access
Upon successful purchase of a course:
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the course content.
- Course access is for your personal use only and may not be shared with others.
- Access is provided via our Platform (website and app) and requires an active account.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time to improve quality.
- Access duration is as specified at the time of purchase (lifetime or time-limited, as applicable).
- We do not guarantee that all content will be available at all times due to technical maintenance.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including courses, videos, audio, text, images, graphics,
webinar recordings, books, worksheets, and the Platform itself — is the intellectual property of
Dr. Dinesh Mungath and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual
property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written permission.
- Screen-record, download, or redistribute course videos or live streams.
- Create derivative works based on our content.
- Use our brand name, logo, or trademarks without authorisation.
Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

Webinars
- Webinar participation is personal and non-transferable.
- Recording of webinars by participants is strictly prohibited.
- We may reschedule webinars in exceptional circumstances and will provide adequate notice.
- Technical difficulties on the participant's side do not entitle them to a refund.
- Participants must maintain respectful conduct during live sessions; we reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive behaviour.

Consultations & Coaching
- One-to-one consultations are for the registered user only and cannot be transferred.
- Sessions are educational and coaching in nature and do not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
- Participants are responsible for implementing any advice or strategies discussed.
- Dr. Dinesh Mungath shall not be liable for outcomes arising from advice given during consultations.

Memberships
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
- Membership benefits and content may be updated at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with reasonable notice to existing members.
- Abuse of membership benefits (e.g., sharing access) will result in immediate termination without a refund.

Mobile Application
By downloading and using our Android application, you further agree that:
- The app is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile the application.
- You will keep the app updated to benefit from security patches and improvements.
- Push notifications can be disabled through your device settings at any time.
- The app may request permissions (notifications, internet access) necessary for its function; these are not used beyond their stated purpose.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Course content, coaching advice, and educational material are for informational and personal
development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological,
or financial advice. Results from courses and coaching vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Dinesh Mungath, its affiliates,
officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special,
or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised
of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed
the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the
12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, without prejudice to any other rights
available under applicable law.

you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes
